JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Manager M/F, under direct responsibility of the CEO, after an integration phase, your missions will be divided into three phases:
- Prospecting / commercial phase
- Pre-contract / commercial phase
o You will be the privileged contact of the customer
o You will guarantee the quality of the definition of the needs and of the trades necessary to estimate and realize the business
o You will build the objective budget of the project in accordance with the estimate, the technical constraints and the customer satisfaction,
o You will identify the subcontracting needs, consult, contract, and follow up the subcontracted services,
o You will write the technical and financial offer
- Contract execution / project management phase
o You will deploy the contract and coordinate with the technical and administrative teams
o You will follow up the placing of the necessary supplier orders
o You will carry out customer invoicing and debt collection
o You will guarantee with the different interlocutors the management, the animation and the coordination of the transverse trades to carry out the business (management of the interfaces), and will establish the documents of relative project management (CR, Planning, Report, File of end of business…)
o You will also guarantee the respect of the values of the company during the realization of the service
o You will ensure the administrative and financial closing of the subcontracts and the business

Trained as a Sales Engineer, you are organized, persevering, a good communicator, a team player, autonomous and reactive.
